Ways to Serve

Guest Services

Be the first friendly face someone sees on Sunday! From greeting at the door to helping people find seats, Guest Services makes Journey feel like home. If you love people and want to make newcomers feel welcome, this team is for you.

Journey Kids

Help kids experience Jesus on their level in a safe, fun environment. Whether you’re rocking babies, leading preschool games, or guiding elementary kids through Bible lessons, you’ll be planting seeds of faith that last a lifetime.

Journey Students

Walk alongside middle and high schoolers as they navigate life and faith. Student leaders create safe spaces for teens to be real, ask big questions, and grow as disciples of Jesus. Expect lots of fun, energy, and opportunities to invest in the next generation.

Worship Team

The Worship Team leads our church family in praising God for who He is and what He’s done. Each Sunday, instrumentalists and vocalists help create an atmosphere where people can encounter the presence of God. If you sing or play an instrument and want to use your gifts to lead others in worship, we’d love for you to join the team!

Production Team

Behind every service is a dedicated crew running sound, lights, screens, and media. This team makes worship a distraction-free experience, helping people focus fully on God. No prior experience? No problem — we’ll train you! If you love tech, details, or just working behind the scenes, this is your team.

Facilities

First impressions matter, and this team helps create a clean, welcoming environment for every service and event. From setup and teardown to keeping things running smoothly, Facilities volunteers make ministry possible each week.

Safety Team

Our Safety Team provides peace of mind by protecting our church family and ensuring secure gatherings. If you’re detail-oriented and care deeply about helping others feel safe, this is a vital way to serve.

Administration

Love organization? Behind-the-scenes volunteers help with office support, events, communications, and tech. If details are your strength, your gifts can help ministries thrive.
