Baptism

Saying yes,
out loud.

Baptism isn’t how you become a Christian; it’s how you publicly declare that you are one. It’s obedience, symbolism, and celebration all at once.

Why We Baptize

Jesus told us to.

Jesus was baptized (Matthew 3:13–17) and commanded his followers to do the same (Matthew 28:19). Going into the water pictures the death and burial of our old self. Coming up pictures our new life with Christ.

If you’ve decided to follow Jesus and haven’t been baptized, we’d love to celebrate with you. Fill out the form and a pastor will reach out this week to talk it through.

The next baptism Sunday

We baptize at least twice a year during a regular Sunday service, plus by request anytime.

Celebrating with you already.

Thanks for saying yes. A pastor will reach out this week to walk through what to expect and pick a Sunday together.

What to Expect

A few practicals.

What you’ll wear

Anything you’re comfortable getting wet in. We provide a baptism t-shirt and towel. Most folks bring a change of clothes.

What happens

One of the pastors asks you a question. You answer. You’re fully immersed. The room celebrates. Done.

Bring your people

Invite family, friends, your small group, your grandma. Baptism Sundays are for celebrating together.
